Coolr is growing...fast. We've had the official pat on the back as EMEA Social Media Agency of the Year and EMEA Digital Agency of the Year and delivered the most liked like tweet of all time. We're fun, hardworking, creative, cultured, smashing it and we are just getting started.

You will be creating, shooting, editing, designing and delivering video for brilliant global brands. We don't just want button pushers. We want people with their own creative ideas and technical solutions to create and push great brand film and social moments on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

It's a 3-month initial contract with the possibility of extension.
Salary is negotiable and based on experience.
Minimum 3+ years editing/shooting experience at a production/post company, freelance brand projects or in-house at an agency is must.

Editor

Own the edit process with an exceptional attention to detail.

Always have the speed when needed and the contemporary stylistic flair to fit all types of filmed content and clients.

Demonstrate a solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Especially Premier Pro, Photoshop and After Effects.

Have a sound understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint - and Workplace!

Have a good technical/working knowledge of complimentary edit hardware and software including basic grading and colour correction.

Confident with all digital moving image formats and technical delivery specifications.

Work with the production team on accurately scoping out post schedules and budgeting projects.

Demonstrate experience of shooting and delivering brand projects on Instagram and TikTok.

Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills. Including YouTube and Vimeo management.

Have a good sense of sourcing the right music for the right project.

Love social - Have a strong interest in emerging creator talent.

Film Maker/Social Creator

Be a proficient, stylistic and confident hands on filmmaker/social creator.

Have the ability to plan and shoot high-quality video content to tight deadlines.

Demonstrate excellent knowledge of operating professional cameras and basic lighting kit.

Show us what you can do with your phone/own kit on TikTok and Instagram.

A collaborative, pro-active and solution focused approach to working with in-house production teams and external crew.

Work with the production team on accurately scoping out schedules and budgeting projects.

Have a network of crew and creators to collaborate with on projects.

Help maintain the in-house edit/shoot kit and own booking relationships with some external suppliers.

So you know...

Our work is delivered on social channels to global clients. So this is not a 9-5, office only based role. There will be times when you will be required to be flexible, work late, sometimes weekends and travel to locations around the UK and internationally. So, you need to come with a positive, can do, flexible attitude. It's essential.

We would also like you to be confident in crafting, developing and selling your own creative ideas for projects to the team, we don't just want you to be a button pusher.
