Scheduling Operations Executive

London

As a Scheduling Operations Executive you'll be responsible for the creation of daily sky Sports Presentation schedules as well liaising with both production and planning teams in order to ensure correct breaks are provided for all Live Sport.

What you'll do

Daily programme amendments
Post monthly schedule release changes
Reconciliation of transmission schedules
CRF weekly report update
BDS checks including sponsorship, series links and versions
The creative and accurate scheduling of all broadcast Presentation elements
Management of content sponsorship requirements and accurate delivery of campaigns
Timing of the schedule, and delivery of schedules to Transmission
Delivery of compliant schedules on all platforms

What you'll bring

Good communication skills and desire to work co-operatively with other departments
The ability to work to tight deadlines, independently and under pressure
Flexibility to develop skills and support tasks across broader Content Planning Operations team
