JOB VACANCY: Sales & Marketing Assistant.

POSITION: Full-time (6-month initial contract).

Visual Impact Northern Limited specialises in rental and sales of professional broadcast and video production equipment in the UK.

Our busy sales office is looking for a highly organised and cheerful person, who will support the sales team in generating sales leads and developing strong relationships with both customers and suppliers. Quality customer service and attention to detail will be key to being successful in this role. We are looking for a people person with a natural flair for communication, who can problem solve and remain positive under pressure.

This is a hands-on role with opportunities to progress and expand your career. Weekly hours will be 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday. Position is based in Northwich although some driving will be involved to meet clients and suppliers.

Knowledge and an interest of professional broadcast equipment would be beneficial, although training is provided as well as regular and ongoing training and development.

Key responsibilities include:
• Answering customer enquiries over the phone and email.
• Developing great relationships with both our customers and our suppliers.
• Delivering quality customer service.
• Undertaking each step of the sales process from quotation, purchase orders and delivery notes all the way through to invoicing.
• Managing and updating social media accounts.
• eCommerce maintenance.
• Assisting the Managing Director with sales enquiries and administration.
• Driving to meet clients and suppliers.
