National Theatre Live is approaching its tenth year of producing the highest quality cinema broadcasts of some of the most exciting and renowned plays in British theatre, and taking these out to a global audience in 65 countries. The National Theatre is committed to growing its distribution in the UK and globally through NT Live and we are looking for a talented, driven and commercially minded Sales and Distribution Manager to lead the distribution team. This a key position within the NT Live team responsible for the distribution of NT Live worldwide and delivering our distribution strategy. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing our relationships with a range of partners on NT Live and will be working directly with key National Theatre departments, our UK cinema partners, international distributor and our distribution vendors. You will also manage the existing distribution team, identify areas for growth, maximise sales opportunities and ensure successful delivery of all requirements for non-live screenings.

This role would suit someone who has experience working in distribution at Manager level and has experience of negotiating commercial contracts and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
