Working in our central London office we are currently looking to recruit a Sponsorship & Promotions Production Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting into the Production Manager, this role will be responsible for coordinating Sponsorship & Promotions production (proactively managing project progress, spot delivery, bookings, purchase orders and invoicing)

The ideal candidate will have previous admin and TV production experience. Be an innovative and resourceful individual who copes well under pressure. You will be working closely with both the production and creative teams so good communication skills are ideal.

What you'll be doing:

Coordinating S&P projects/workloads - working with Senior Coordinator and Creative Manager to assign projects, proactively tracking progress and adherence to production schedule timings, monitoring spend, updating Creative Manager and Account Handler on delays and issues, ensuring spots are delivered to deadline
Coordination of EMEA S&P projects - responsible for project coordination as above, compiling and managing country/language requirements, sourcing VOs, translations, territory technical specifications, delivery methods, updating territory contact lists
Purchase orders & invoicing - creating POs, updating cost report, processing invoices
Shoots - Support Senior Coordinator to arrange and run shoots (crew & location/studio/post production facility bookings, negotiating rates and monitoring spend. Casting, contracts and release forms)
Clearcast & spot delivery - submitting spots for Clearcast approval, liaising with Clearcast over queries and requested changes, delivering spots internally and via Adstream
Assisting Production Manager, Senior Production Coordinator and Creative Manager as required

What we're looking for:

Essential:
Experience in TV production
Knowledge of post-production process (edit, audio, GFX etc,)
Desirable:
Degree (or equivalent) in Media, TV or Production
Experience of working in Sponsorship & Promotions
Knowledge of Clearcast and Adstream
