Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Joyride team to ensure assistance on day to day tasks where/when needed.
• Assist Producers when projects are in Pre-Production stage. Aid in planning logistics, booking locations, purchasing and organising props.
• Be the go-to for Producers on set to ensure the smooth running of shoots.
• Help Producers reconcile projects and maintain project and paperwork.
• Working with Post Production team to help organise, maintain and manage kit and kit inventory and manage kit bookings for shoots.
• Work closely with Post Production team to assist in edits, logging, data wrangling, subtitling and archiving.
• Proactively seek work when you have down time.


The Person
• Some understanding of Pre-Production, Production and Post Production processes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to work both as part of a team as well as independently, but always with passion and energy.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Willing to bring new ideas to the table, always keen to learn.
• Knowledge of kit and Adobe CC desirable.
