We are always on the lookout for keen and enthusiastic runners for our client services team. The runners are responsible for supporting the Client Services Coordinator and Deputies in providing an outstanding hospitality service to Molinare's clients. The jobholder will ensure a friendly and efficient service is provided to Molinare's clients, visitors and employees, whilst ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the facility. THE ROLEKey Responsibilities Include:Making and handing out teas, coffees, snacks, lunches and dinnersContribute to the cleaning and tidying of the facilityMonitor stock levels within the fridges and cupboards ensuring that everything is stockedSetting up rooms and suites prior to new clients arrivingLooking after guests, and accompanying clients and visitors to suites and between locationsDistributing post to the staff and clientsAssisting the engineering and buildings teams with equipment movement and setupPurchasing items for clients and staff while handling petty cash and completing the associated paperworkDelivering tapes and drives to and from our dispatch department and other companiesCovering reception duties (including, but not limited to, answering the phones; greeting clients; arranging meeting rooms and refreshments for clients; handling petty cash and associated paperwork)Being trained for working on the on-site client/staff barPhotocopying and undertaking other administrative requestsEnsuring Client Services are utilised as efficiently as possible and wastage of stock and resources is kept to a minimum.Taking care of uniform provided by Molinare and wearing it at all timesFollowing Food Safety and Hygiene and Manual Handling guidelinesAny other reasonable requestIn addition to the specific duties and responsibilities outlined in this job description, all Molinare employees should be aware of their specific responsibilities towards the following: Adhere to all health and safety and fire regulations and to co-operate with the company in maintaining good standards of health and safety.Adhere to all Molinare policies and procedures at all times.Uphold ethical and professional standards and not behave in a manner that is likely to bring the company into disrepute.Promote and sustain a responsible attitude towards equal opportunities and diversity within Molinare.Demonstrate a commitment to on-going learning and development and to participate in any training relevant to the role.Being Molinare's brand ambassador and ensuring yourself and the space surrounding you are kept to the highest standards
