Meet and greet clients

Maintain client relationships and ensure they are well looked after at all times

Help the production team with ad-hoc requests

Go on ad-hoc runs to collect food orders and other office supplies throughout the day

Candidates must be up-beat, personable, presentable, and above all, interested in a career in post-production sectors, including VFX, Motion graphics and audio

Key responsibilities

Operations:

Front of house, meeting and greeting clients and informing the relevant person of their arrival
Offering and making teas, coffees and other beverages to clients
Keeping client menus up to date
Keeping the kitchen area well-stocked with food and beverages
Keeping the office tidy and ensuring each suite is prepped with water ahead of sessions
Tidying suites after client sessions
Ad-hoc 'runs' to collect food/drink orders and other office supplies
Ad-hoc ordering of office supplies
Helping at after-hour events within the office
Inputting monthly expenses for several staff members

Client:

Being personable when meeting clients and remembering their names, coffee order etc
Offering clients beverages and meals when in session
Generally being on hand to help any client in session

People:

Assist the production team on an ad-hoc basis

Finance:

Input monthly expenses for staff members and for the business
