Joint is looking for its next Runner; an essential role in the successful organisation and functioning of the 40-strong agency.

A Joint Runner is a 'make it happen' person, who uses their intelligence, charm and organisational skills to keep everything at Joint running smoothly.

As a Joint Runner, you are key in supporting our day to day business activities with each other, with our clients and with our external partners.

A Joint Runner's responsibilities fall into two key areas:

ENVIRONMENT:
Managing Joint's environment. Caring about everything to do with how our space looks and feels. And helping (forcing) everyone else to care about it too. This can include important day to day tasks like ensuring that the kitchen, coffee machine, communal areas and stationery cupboards are clean, tidy and fully stocked.

Welcoming clients, external partners and suppliers into our environment, including the onboarding of new Jointers. The cheery face of Joint for our visitors.

Supporting everyone in our office environment, whether that be answering the phone, signing for packages, or delivering lunch to Founders and clients.

EVENTS:
Coordinating all of our Joint events, everything from new business, to our social calendar. This includes weekly Wrap Parties and breakfasts to agency socials and travel.

Developing new Joint events. Working with the teams in creating a regular schedule of external speakers and portfolio shows.

Assisting with the Joint calendar. Managing the interview scheduling process.

We are looking for our next Joint Runner to be wonderfully organised and able to carry out duties with amazing accuracy and miraculous speed, always with energy and a smile!

The role provides an excellent opportunity to really understand how a creative business works.

There really is plenty to get stuck into now that we're all returning to the office.

You will get a month's induction to the job role, shadowing our current Runner.
