Boom is looking for keen and highly motivated runners to join our team. Runners are crucial to the support team here at Boom and help to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the studios. Key responsibilities:
• Greeting clients and general front of house responsibilities.
• Setting up studios throughout the day.
• Organising and setting up refreshments in the studios and common room. Ensuring that fridges are fully stocked.
• Ensuring that the kitchen, common room, reception area and studios are clean and tidy.
• Looking after food orders for clients and in house talent.
• Tea and coffee orders.
• Assisting the support team when needed; including dealing with calls.
• General office administration. Ordering office supplies to ensure that stationary and general office equipment are well stocked.

Qualities:
• Someone who is enthusiastic and highly driven.
• Confident and friendly phone manner.
• Multi tasker.
• Flexibility - someone who is happy to work late shifts and is available to work occasional weekends when required.
