Off the Fence are looking for experienced and pro-active Researchers to work on a fast paced feature documentary.

The roles would involve supporting the small team of Story Producers to set up complicated foreign shoots. The ideal candidate would have some experience working alongside fixers, would have an understanding of travel restrictions during COVID-19 and ideally would have experience working with remote crews.

Key skills:

Must possess strong organizational skills (i.e. prioritizing workload, accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks)
Knowledgeable about documentary production landscape.
Ability to adapt to change and work to tight deadlines.
Must be driven and must be a team player.
Must possess strong communication skills (i.e. clear and concise in all forms of communication, ability to handle high-volume email and phone traffic, as well as in-person interactions).
Demonstrates ability to take initiative; suggests ideas and solutions to problems that arise or before they occur.
Set up for remote working.

Applicants must be available for an immediate start. Contract lengths vary. Our offices are based in Bristol and Amsterdam, therefore applicants based in those cities would be preferable however this is not essential. The roles are full time.
