We're looking for an enthusiastic Researcher to join the team for an exciting new CBeebies gardening show for children aged between three to six years
old. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience working on gardening shows or a background in horticulture. This is a hybrid role based in
the Midlands, with at least two days a week in our Leamington Spa office.

from those from underrepresented backgrounds. As a Researcher, you'll play a key role in shaping the content and ensuring the show is as informative, engaging, and accurate as possible. You'll be responsible for gathering background information on a range of gardening topics and themes, fact-checking information, and consulting with horticultural experts to ensure accuracy.

A key part of the role involves simplifying complex gardening concepts into fun, easy-to-understand ideas and language for young viewers, as well as
thinking up hands-on activities and seasonal gardening projects. In addition to research, you'll support the production team in sourcing props,
organising travel for contributors, and assisting on location when required. As part of our commitment to sustainability, you'll also contribute to achieving
Albert Certification, supporting the production's green initiatives and helping reduce our carbon footprint both on location and in the office.

This role is ideal for someone creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about inspiring children to explore the world of gardening.

Starting 20th January 2025 for 6 months.
