Researcher

We're looking for a talented Researcher to kickstart the production of an exciting new history podcast series.

This person will work closely with the Series Producer to research stories and potential contributors to feature on the podcast.

We're looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail, and the ability to understand what makes a good story. They will need to work efficiently and thoroughly, fact-checking as they go.

About us:

We are an award-winning independent podcast network. We create shows with high-octane drama, eyewitness accounts, expert interviews, immersive sound design, and original music.

About you

- At least two years of experience as a researcher in the media industry (podcast, TV, film, etc)
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Creative and Resourceful
- Experienced in online research and fact-checking
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Aware of broadcast regulations
- Able to work well in a team

This role is a remote working opportunity. We are looking for someone full-time. This will initially be a two-month position with the possibility of extending.
