We would like to hear from experienced researchers available from mid May for a month, but with the possibility of extending to 5 months.
Candidates should have at least 3 factual credits. The successful candidate would working with an established team, coming up with ideas for a popular returning format that broadcasts on daytime BBC One and has a sister series that goes out at 7pm on BBC Two. You'll be responsible for finding engaging contributors, location recces, sourcing archive and preparing briefs for directors and presenters. An interest in history would be a real bonus.

The role is Glasgow based but expect to travel, you must be able to drive. Please apply only if you've experience of casting and/or story finding.
