Main Purpose of Role

London Real is looking to appoint a Content Researcher; In this role you will supporting the Senior Talent Producer with facilitating interviews with some of the biggest names on the planet across a diverse range of topics but mostly including: crypto and decentralized finance, and other areas where guests have an interesting story to tell.

The successful candidate will carry out intense research to script and formulate narratives for interviews in addition to researching potential guests to be interviewed. The ideal candidate will ideally have some experience of guest research, whether that is for traditional broadcasters or online platforms. It is essential that the candidate has exceptional copywriting and research skills.

Key responsibilities

Conducting research to find suitable guests to be interviewed
Researching, scripting and formulating narratives for our long form interviews and other content formats
Acting as the first point of contact between the guests and London Real
Assisting and supporting the Senior Talent Producer
Helping to facilitate guest interviews
Supporting our guest booking processes and 3rd party relationships for London Real TV´s long-form interview format, which broadcasts to millions on YouTube and podcast platforms multiple times per week
Supporting the team on livestreams, including greeting guests and ensuring that the tech checks have been adequately completed by the video team.
Supporting the creative development of current and new formats and topics.

Experience/Requirements

Experience in a similar role is advantageous
1 broadcasting credit or experience working on a similar platform is essential
Degree educated, preferably within media, journalism or any other relevant field
A passion for digital media and research
A broad-minded approach to guest identification
Strong research and writing skills are essential
An interest in crypto and decentralized finance
