Pentecostal Studios is a brand-new production banner based in London, focused on original director driven storytelling and ambitious world building. Our aim is to develop, fresh cinematic bold ground-breaking stories and culturally resonant globally minded stories across film, television and short form work. We are currently assembling a core team of producers and collaborators as we develop our Inaugural slate. This is NOT a volume content model, we are focused on intentional cinema, strong authorship and long-term creative partnerships.We are building a passionate, purpose driven team of creative who love storytelling, film and meaningful conversations. This specific role goes beyond just answering calls. It is about creating structure, flow and a welcoming environment that allows the creative team to function at their best. You are the first point of contact for anyone interacting with the studio - guests, collaborators, talent and partners while also ensuring the internal day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage front desk and studio operations.- Schedule meetings, bookings and studio sessions.- Handle calls, emails and general inquiries.- Organize office supplies and administrative tasks.- Maintain a welcoming and professional working environment.- Assist with coordination across departments.REQUIREMENTS:- Strong organizational and administrative skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Professional attitude and presentation.- Ability to multitask and stay organized.- Basic computer and office software knowledge.- Previous admin experience is a plus.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR OVERALL?- Strong work ethic and reliability.- Proactive and resourceful.- Willingness to grow and build something meaningful, not just credits.- Team players with positive energy.- People who believe in ''Serving the dream''WE VALUE:- Professionalism and reliability.- Genuine passion for cinema and storytelling.- Long term loyalty and a collaborative spirit.- Strong work ethic and seriousness about craft.These openings are for people who want to build something meaningful, not just collect credits.With two original projects currently in advanced development, we are carefully building a producing team to support an ambitious slate.
