Busy West London post production facility, Rapid Pictures, is currently looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic Receptionist.

Responsibilities
• Cover of reception - answering calls, operating the door entry system, meeting and greeting clients
• Booking bikes, couriers and taxis when needed
• Making sure suites are being maintained to the highest standards
• Managing media assets in and out of the building with a barcode system and ensuring accurate records are kept.
• Completing accurate deliverable labelling and co-ordinating dispatch.
• Maintaining roster, keeping records of runner holiday and finding cover (if needed)
• Assisting with procurement i.e. stationery, consumables etc. and ensuring stocks are maintained.
• Working with petty cash system and maintaining the spread sheets weekly
• Assisting with Facilities management duties
• Administration support to bookings and tech teams


The following would also be an advantage:

• Experience of post-production scheduling systems (Uber Portal would be ideal)
• Knowledge of deliverables and post production workflows
• Previous work on a busy reception
• Customer Service/ hospitality experience
• An interest in bookings/marketing/facilities

Applicants must be hard working, eager to take on a challenge, polite and have a positive attitude towards everything. A good sense of humour is essential and the ability to put people at ease. They must have at least a years' experience as a runner or receptionist within a post house.
