We are looking for a Receptionist/Team Assistant to join our busy team.An interest in working in a talent agency is essential and office experience is a bonus.You must be engaged and be willing to support in any way possible. The ideal candidate will be highly-organised, discreet, have great IT skills and be able to work effectively under pressure. Social media skills a bonus.There will be opportunities for the right candidate to progress their career in the future.Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): * Manage a busy switchboard - Answer all calls in a professional and friendly manner. * Greeting visitors and managing guest signings - Offer refreshments as required * Managing meeting room schedules - Setting up and clearing of meeting rooms as necessary. * Manage couriers/taxis/ post * Office supplies management - Manage and monitor the stock of office stationery, record requests and place orders as required. * Admin support to the wider team - including client diary work and showreel editing * Building management - assisting with building management as required. * Website and social media maintenance * Responsible for the upkeep and refreshment stock (including: milk, tea, coffee sugar biscuits etc.)Personal attributes * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Strong interpersonal skills- able to liaise with individuals at all levels * Problem solver, able to work to deadlines and prioritise time efficiently * Ability to multitask * Confidentiality and discretion with all tasks * Works well under pressure * Can work independently and as part of a team * Advanced systems skills- MS office * Excellent work ethic and a desire to go above and beyond * Good diary management skills * An understanding or desire to work in the Entertainment industry
