Primary responsibilities as follows:Maintain a well-run reception areaMeet & greet clientsReceive & direct phonecallsCo-ordinate the client services teamGeneral house adminAssist producers with overflow schedulingJob billingArrange travel for both staff & clientsWe are looking for somebody who has a super friendly, professional manner and possesses great interpersonal skills. The applicant must be organised and uses their own initiative. They must be computer literate and proficient in Excel & Word. Knowledge of booking systems will be an advantage but not essential.
