Wizzo & Co are looking for a new receptionist / office manager who will also provide support across all levels of the agency.You should be Mac proficient, have a good working knowledge of Excel / Word, an excellent telephone manner and great communication skills. A background in commercial production would be useful.Duties include:Answering CallsGreet GuestsDistribute mail incomingPost any outgoing mailPetty cash reconciliation/Petty Cash floatMaintain kitchen supplies, stationary and office equipmentMaintain a clean kitchen areaAssist with scanning and copyingRun errandsManage team calendar, holidays and meetingsLiaise with LandlordIT supervision - help troubleshootingArrange travel and accommodationArrange couriers and taxisAssist with the organisation of Christmas party/crew drinksManage Award show entriesCopy chase with production companiesAssist with client invoicesBankingSend out daily reminders emailUpdate website - uploading and maintenanceCleaner superviseSource/research office equipmentReading of scripts and treatmentsSalary according to experience.To apply, email your CV and cover letter
