We're looking for a Producer to join our incredible team at Magic Radio in London.If you're passionate about creating memorable content for an engaged audience, then Magic Radio wants you!As Producer, you will oversee the station's drivetime show, contributing to daily and long-term creative planning. You'll manage on-air presenters, work with the Content Director on commercial campaigns, and uphold high editorial and production standards.This will be a full-time position where you'll work from our London office.Our Team:Magic Radio, part of the Bauer Audio Portfolio, is a beloved station for listeners over 35 seeking an uplifting, sing-along experience. Music knowledge and a deep understanding of our audience are essential to what we do.What You'll Be Doing:Overseeing and managing live broadcasts, ensuring smooth operation, timing, and technical quality throughout each show.Working closely with on-air talent, providing direction, support, and feedback to maintain high-energy, engaging content.Developing, producing, and editing engaging features, competitions, and interviews, tailoring them for seamless broadcast and audience appeal.Generating impactful ideas for on-air segments and social media that resonate with and captivate the audience.Collaborating on station-wide campaigns and initiatives, from brainstorming and planning to successful on-air and digital execution.Partnering with the digital and social media teams to create engaging, multi-platform content that strengthens audience connection.Assisting at station events, which may occasionally involve working outside regular hours or on weekends.Coordinating and managing technical aspects of off-site broadcasts to maintain production quality. What You'll Bring:Previous Experience in radio production is essentialGood editing and automation skills for production of programmes Competent in radio scheduling software - and ability to transfer from other systems to Bauer systems (RCS/ Zetta).Ability to articulate ideas and support projects and ideas independently.Excellent organisational and admin skills.Good awareness of touchpoints for a 40+ audienceAwareness of Ofcom Broadcasting Code.Flexibility with hours is essential.
