Project/Production Coordinator

Paddington, London

MarcoPolo Learning is a rapidly growing children's educational media company and it is looking to expand its amazing team! We design products that educate and inspire millions of children worldwide. We're a close-knit, collaborative group that obsesses about visual design, animation, and creating original educational content for kids.

This position is responsible for supporting the production team with the day to day running of the schedule. The suitable candidate will work under the management of the project managers and in collaboration with the creative and technical teams to see projects through from start to end. This role requires a highly organised individual with experience working within a production schedule.

We are looking for a person with a passion for kids' education and animated media. As such, experience with and an interest in working within kids' (3-7) content is a must for the success within this role.

Responsibilities
* Managing project tasks and timelines in line with project schedules and sprints set by the project managers
* Maintaining compliance and brand consistency
* General asset tracking across design, illustration and copy
* Coordination of artists across multiple projects
* Working closely with creative and technical leads to ensure artists are clear on briefs and tasks are achieved on time
* Invoice tracking, general administrative duties and overall support of the production team
* Updating weekly reports to be shared with senior management team
* Use of project management software to track tasks and projects (Asana/Jira)

Requirements
* Experience would be an advantage in kids TV with a clear interest of current kids media and TV landscape
* Ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and prioritize accordingly
* High level of attention to detail, organized, and the ability to follow-through on tasks.
* Strong communicator.
