Project Manager

London & Remote Working HYBRID

We're looking for an organised and creative project manager to work alongside our design team to produce graphics and animation for high profile TV shows, theatre and events.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Collaboration and teamwork are at the heart of the company Our ideal candidate will be excited about working together to help create outstanding visual design and develop the business. You will be managing exciting and varied jobs that could include anything from; producing interactive content on live television, developing show logo and branding, screen content for theatre shows, working on the gameplay graphics for the next big quiz show.

This is an opportunity to develop within a growing company working with innovative creative technology. You should have experience within the creative industries and demonstrable transferable skills - such as overseeing several projects at once and working as part of a collaborative team to take projects from initial brief through to completion and delivery.

As a strong communicator you will work closely with our clients to ensure clarity and successful delivery of their brief while motivating and facilitating the team to meet and exceed client expectations. With a passion and extensive interest in the creative industries you must have a strong desire to learn on the job and to expand your personal skill set within all areas of Potion's work.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Receiving initial enquiries and attending creative briefings from potential clients and translating into clear briefs for designers.
* Drafting estimates and negotiating project requirements. Devising project plans, structures and schedules in order to deliver work on time and on budget.
* Efficiently and effectively dealing with any challenges as they arise, therefore allowing designers to focus on producing quality design work. Managing the production and delivery of multiple projects at the same time. Working onsite in television studios, at rehearsals and live events when necessary.
* Ensuring successful and complete delivery of projects. Following up post delivery to ensure client satisfaction and nurturing long term relationships
* Attending weekly scheduling meetings with other project managers to discuss long term scheduling plans. Day to day scheduling and assisting designers to manage and prioritise their workloads.

EXPERIENCE and PERSONAL QUALITIES
* Experience in a similar role within the creative industries, in at least one of the following areas; broadcasting, advertising, online/digital content, publishing, live events, theatre combined with an ambition to deliver creative projects to a high standard.
* A basic understanding of the different capabilities of design software such as Adobe CC, Cinema 4D and Unreal Engine. A proven ability to unify technical and creative considerations and to communicate those considerations with clients and designers. A desire to learn and develop technical skill sets.
* The skills to prioritise and delegate time across multiple projects. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. An ability to establish new processes and put them in place for future efficiency.
* A real passion and enthusiasm for visual design and innovations in creative technology. An aptitude to critique visual design in a constructive manner.
* A naturally positive and engaging personality.

DETAILS
* Commencement date and salary are open to negotiation.
* Hybrid working between home, the London office and possibly onsite jobs around the UK and occasionally abroad.
* Some weekend working might be required.
* Time off in lieu and overtime bonuses available
* Full time position
* Salary between £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
