Production Technician

On board a cruise vessel

Whilst travelling the world, do you want to help create unforgettable holiday happiness for our guests by being part of the Production Team onboard our iconic Cunard ships?

As Production Technician, you will assist with the provision of technical support for shows, deck activities, talks and other events in the entertainment venues on board. You will be mixing sound, operating lighting system and scenery equipment as directed by the Production Manager.

You will follow instructions and work schedules and ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with all current safety and company regulations. You will complete accurate maintenance and equipment records and comply with the cleaning and maintenance schedule for the department. You will assist with the regular set-up and strike of sport carry out any other ad hoc duties as requested by the Assistant Manager Production and the Production Manager.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following:

Work well under pressure
You will work well on your own as well as in a team
Experience working with sound and lighting systems.
Operational knowledge of Yamaha/Digico Sound Mixers and GrandMa2/
Good knowledge of Health & Safety
