We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and intuitive Production Services Coordinator to coordinate studio, live gallery, post production, duplication and master file deliveries for IMG Studio's clients from pre-production through to delivery for transmission. You will offer support to the Production Services Manager and to Production colleagues, liaising closely with Production Managers and Producers in initial scheduling to ensure all technical facilities necessary are booked and schedules are kept up-to-date, and to report any overrun or extra costs to Production Services Managers on a daily basis. You will maintain strong and regular client contact throughout a production, including daily visits to suites and assist Production Services Manager in interfacing between Production staff and all relevant IMG Studios technical and operational departments to ensure any client queries or issues are dealt with immediately and followed-up until resolved.

Ideally, you will have proven Coordinator experience in a client-facing bookings role at a broadcast facility and be proficient in booking studio, live gallery, post production and broadcast technology facilities. You will have working experience of using a scheduling system or similar, and a solid understanding of all aspects of studio, live gallery, post production, current file formats and broadcast technology.
