Job Description: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Production Secretary/ Production Coordinator to support a corporate scientific project taking place on 26th February. This role involves coordinating logistics and assisting with the smooth running of production involving a large number of guests, a presenter, and experts.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have experience working in production coordination or production secretary roles
• Be highly organised and detail-oriented
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Be comfortable working with schedules, call sheets, and organising logistics
• Work well under pressure and be adaptable to changing circumstances
