Production Secretary - Returning Studio Quiz Show

We're looking for an experienced Production Secretary to join the team on a returning studio quiz show, working alongside the Production Coordinator and Production Manager.

Contract: 31st August - 27th November 2026

Location: Manchester (applicants should be Manchester-based or within a reasonable daily commuting distance)

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and thrives in a busy production environment.

Ideal experience includes:

High-volume travel and accommodation bookings for contributors
Studio production experience
Post-production paperwork and administration
An understanding of PMI (desirable but not essential)

Previous Production Secretary experience on entertainment or studio productions is preferred.
