Production Secretary - London

Maverick Television is looking for highly organised Production Secretary, with at least 1 x broadcast credit, to join our returning Factual CBBC series Operation Ouch! This is London based.

Working closely with the Production Manager and Production Co-ordinator this role will be integral to supporting the team who will be filming in and around the UK. This role would suit someone who likes to be part of a small team, and who enjoys a busy, fast paced production environment, and someone who has an excellent manner with contributors and team members. Filming takes place with children and within sensitive locations so an eye for detail is needed and experience in handling and processing consents and release forms.

Although this role is prominently office based there may be occasions when the individual will need to attend shoots therefore experience of filming on location would be beneficial and a driving licence is required.

An essential part of this role is assisting the edits with music clearance therefore experience with CBBC or BBC music clearance is crucial.

Key duties will include but are not limited to:
• CBBC or BBC music clearance
• Assisting the Production Co-ordinator in setting up and supporting UK filming
• Props purchasing
• Petty cash and credit card handling and reconciliation
• Assisting on location for filming (dependent on the shooting schedule.)
• Adoc production duties
