We are looking for a Production Secretaries or Junior Production Co-ordinators to join the team working across a couple of Science and History programmes. Experience of setting up foreign shoots is desirable.

Role: Production Secretary
Potential Start Date: End of September
Employment: Freelance Contract
Location: London - Angel

Core Responsibilities:
* Supporting the PM & Head of Proeduction in setting up and maintaining production systems.
* Supporting the preparation and distribution of schedules, travel documents and call-sheets.
* Assist with booking travel and accommodation.
* Supporting the line producer with the running of the edits and post production paperwork.
* Liaising with the crew.
* Sourcing items such as props, ordering stationery supplies
* Maintaining paperwork including talent release forms

Skills and Experience:
* Attention to detail
* Good communication is key as will be liaising with lots of different parties
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Excellent communication skills
