THE COMPANY
Sunset+Vine is a global sports media company with major international host broadcast production contracts and UK and international broadcast commissions. We produce more than 2,000 hours of original sports programming a year - a combination of live, highlights and feature programming. The company has offices in London, Dubai, Singapore, Glasgow and Cardiff.


THE ROLE
We are looking to recruit a Production Secretary to work in our Cardiff office.
The role will support the Production team with administrative & logistical duties for the smooth running of our sports programming.

MAIN DUTIES
Booking travel for Production Teams and Programme Contributors
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
Production & post-production paperwork, including call sheets

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
A junior administrator with excellent organisational skills and a common sense approach to problem solving.
A good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely within a small team
A Welsh speaker preferable, but not essential
An interest in sport is desirable.
