This is an ideal entry point to the industry for someone who is passionate about television and prepared to roll their sleeves up and learn on the job. We need someone to provide high quality administration support to the production team so you will need to be well-organised and able to prioritise your own workload. Our ideal candidate will enjoy taking on a variety of tasks and will thrive as part of a team. In return, you will be involved in all aspects of day to day production and will be working alongside some of the most experienced people in television.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Administration support for the Production Secretaries, Production Coordinators, & Production Managers
Distributing scripts, mail and amended scenes to crew and artistes
Keeping production office notice boards updated with schedules, rosters & memos
Compiling Pick-up Packs for following day - scenes and camera plans
Providing holiday and sickness cover for the Production Secretaries
Required skills and experience:

IT skills (Microsoft Office)
Ability to prioritise workload and work unsupervised
Good organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Full clean driving license
Location: Liverpool
Contract: Full Time
Contract Status: 6 months fixed term, maternity cover.
