We're looking for a bright, organised and switched-on Production & Office Runner to join The Voiceover Gallery in Manchester. This isn't a tea-making role - you'll be right at the heart of the company, supporting every team and helping the whole business run smoothly.
If you're proactive, love being busy and want real experience in a fast-moving media environment, this could be the perfect first step.

What you'll be doing

No two days are the same, but you'll be:
Managing emails, phones and general office communications
Preparing and formatting scripts for sessions in both London and Manchester studios
Checking voice artist availability and helping coordinate diaries
Welcoming clients and talent to the Manchester office
Supporting agents, production and finance with day-to-day admin
Helping with research, social media and ad-hoc projects
Being the go-to person who keeps everything ticking along

About you

Friendly, positive and happy to help wherever needed
Super organised with great attention to detail
Confident communicator (in person, on the phone and in writing)
Comfortable with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
Able to juggle tasks and stay calm when it's busy
A team player with plenty of initiative
Excited about working in a creative, people-focused business
Experience in media, advertising or an office environment is a bonus, but not essential - we'll train the right person with the right attitude.

Location: Castlefield, Manchester
Salary: £13 per hour
Hours: 9:30-6:00, Monday-Friday (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Contract: Immediate start - fixed term to end of March
