Production Manager (VFX)

London

We are opening the doors of our brand new Didcot Film and TV Studios and we are looking for an experienced Production Manager.

With projects based on classic Rebellion IPs, this is an opportunity to be working on some brand new film and TV projects and be one of the first members of the new VFX team.

This role can be a full-time permanent role based in-house at our Didcot Studio or Short term in-house contract. You must be able to legally work in the UK.

Requirements
• Proven VFX Feature Film industry experience
• Strong knowledge of Shotgun
• Strong knowledge of MS Office package
• Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to problem solve effectively in a fast paced environment
• The ability to liaise and collaborate with artists, producers and clients
• Understanding of VFX processes including asset development, layout, matte painting, animation, FX, lighting and compositing.

Responsibilities:
• Managing artist assignments and production requirements from beginning to end of production
• Organizing dailies, rounds and meetings and tasks
• Ensuring data, shot statuses, tasks, camera reports, notes and critical information are updated in Shotgun on a timely basis
• Overseeing client deliveries and postings of all temps and finals
• Anticipating special project requirements (software, hardware, space, resources) and ensuring information is communicated to systems and executive team as early as possible
• Taking clear, concise and accurate notes in all meetings and dailies sessions, ensuring teams have required information as quickly as possible
• Ensuring client notes are reviewed with the team and updated in Shotgun
• Providing project status reports to execute team as required and during weekly production meeting.
