An exciting Production Management opportunity has arisen within European Tour Productions. ETP produce and distribute coverage of the European Tour, The Ryder Cup and The Open. In this capacity, ETP has produced the live coverage for hundreds of European Tour events around the world including the last ten Ryder Cups and The Open since 2016. In 2017, ETP produced over 950 hours of live world feed golf coverage. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to join the team and work across our international Live Golf Events.

As a member of the Production Management team you will be required to manage multiple Outside Broadcasts simultaneously. Your role will include booking crew, managing logistics, and the hire of freelance staff, defining promotor requirements, managing key stakeholders and liaising with our clients.

Reporting to the Head of Production, the successful candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills as well as the ability to work with a large production team who are often on site at events. The role requires the supervision of production coordinators with the preparation of call sheets and travel planning as well as the ability to create detailed production budgets and forecasts. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a production environment and ideally some experience of live production processes. Importantly, you will have the ability and aptitude to quickly understand the requirements of the job in relation to satellite delivery, Health & Safety, Risk Assessments, production insurance and location filming logistics.

Additional responsibilities will include regularly updating the Head of Production and Production Finance with status reports and projected spend.

PLEASE NOTE: This role requires regular travel to international Outside Broadcast locations with the office base in Stockley Park. Weekend work and flexible hours are required.
