Reports to - Account Manager (Direct Line Manager), Company Director.
Manages - Design Team.

Job Description
The main purpose of this role will be the daily responsibility of the production process of online work; ensuring the smooth running of the online projects whilst managing a Design Team and reporting to the Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
· Work with the Account Manager to ensure that each project meets the budget and time lines agreed.
· Provide input in writing briefs and time lines as required by the Account Manager.
· Managing day-to-day implementation of site according to project specifications and time lines.
· Daily management of Design Team.
· Liaise with client traffic manager to supply media as per project specification.
· Monitor media to ensure they are served correctly throughout the campaign and are drawing traffic.
· Produce statistics and traffic results in format suitable for the client as required by Account Manager.
· Evaluate project and provide case study CD.
· Gather process and distributes content assets.
· Ensure application of amends as directed by Account Manager.

Requirement
The successful applicant will have a minimum of two 4 years commercial experience with a good knowledge of online marketing and development. You will need to be highly motivated, organised and a good team player. Understanding of Flash, PHP programming and the general capabilities of the web are essential.
