We are currently looking for a talented Production Manager to work on a varied mix of film projects.

Your fit
Playing a strong role within the film team, reporting directly into the Director of Client Delivery
Acting as the direct point of contact for all incoming work and freelance Producers, Directors and Editors
Providing operational oversight across all film production
Speaking as the voice of reason to ensure production solutions match commercial objectives
Working closely with the rest of the business providing resource to support pitches and projects from initial brief through to final delivery

Your day-to-day role
Working closely with the Production and Post Production teams to ensure all film projects are managed and delivered to the highest standard. Recommending improvements in processes, communication and quality of work.
Providing operational oversight to ensure service levels are met and client expectations exceeded
Ensuring all projects are being delivered on brand, on budget and on time and (where appropriate) ensuring innovative and creative solutions
Delivering resource planning on all productions using in house and external resources
Managing both internal and external resource with overall budget approval throughout the production process
Delivering quality control and troubleshooting
Leading efficient working relationships and practices with all divisions within fresh
Acting as the direct line manager to Producer and Assistant Producer levels of the business
Overseeing team planners, reports, meetings and processes - challenging ways of working to ensure improvements and efficiencies where possible
Keeping the Director of Client Delivery informed of key client, project, team and financial updates

Skills and experience to succeed
IT and Mac proficiency including excellent Word, Excel, Powerpoint or Keynote and Outlook/Entourage
Exceptional organisational skills, work prioritisation, time management and attention to detail working across multiple projects and resource
Proficient in forward planning
Extremely commercially focused with excellent financial and budgetary management
Experienced team leader who obtains excellent commercial results whilst supporting the team
Proven track record of project and account management
Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to develop a strong working relationship with all divisions within fresh
Excellent knowledge of the corporate/communications film and video industry
Resilient and able to work independently with minimal support and guidance even whilst under pressure
