This position is to cover maternity leave on a 6 month basis with the possibility to extend due to business need.

A bit about the role ...

You will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the production process, working on multiple jobs across all TCEG Clients. The role involves working closely with our Producers and Directors, supporting by running, scheduling and delivering projects as per the agreed delivery schedule and requirements. This will include accurate monitoring and profit reporting of expenditure on a regular basis to ensure all projects remain within budget. Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to and all relevant risk assessments and associated paperwork are completed.

What will you be doing ...

Duties

Responding to briefs and pre-production, duties to include:
1. Managing briefs, SOW and PO's for all new projects
2. Updating budgets with producers
3. Overseeing insurance, licensing and permits for shoots
4. Arranging and managing internal resource for commissioned projects

Production, duties to include:
1. Production bookings and logistics
2. Supporting wider team on production paperwork and all aspects of finance relating to the project
3. Attending location recces for Health and Safety and ensuring compliance with company policies
4. Assisting on set

Post-production and delivery, duties to include:
1. Writing location reports and evaluation of shoots
2. Overseeing financial reconciliation and reporting
3. Line managing Production Coordinator
