We're looking for a Production Manager who specialises in digital content creation.

The ideal candidate will be a personable, highly motivated character with a minimum of 3 years experience in video production. They will be required to collaborate with other internal teams to ensure projects are achieved on budget, meet the objectives and deliver the project to the standard required.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage production process from pitching through to delivery.
* Creating and managing content calendars for brands.
* Create project budgets and schedules and ensure these are kept to throughout process.
* Lead and coordinate with key internal and external crew.
* Manage client relationships

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of production experience
* Experience producing social media campaigns.
* Media strategy and analytics background.
* Strong organizational and managerial skills
* Experience managing project budgets exceeding £50,000.
* Willingness to work on a nicotine brand in the promotion of smoking alternatives.
