You'll work closely with producers, editors, creators, and external partners to manage budgets, schedules, resources, and workflows, keeping multiple fast-moving productions on track. Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Coordination
Manage the end-to-end production process for multiple shortform projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Develop and maintain production schedules, timelines, and shoot calendars.
Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to secure resources, equipment, locations, and talent.

Budgeting & Resource Management
Oversee production budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial targets without compromising creative quality.
Track costs, negotiate rates, and manage production-related expenses and invoices.
Optimize resources and workflows to maximize productivity and cost-efficiency.

Operational Oversight
Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and permitting requirements across all productions.
Anticipate and resolve production challenges, offering solutions that keep projects moving forward.
Maintain clear communication across creative, editorial, and operations teams to keep everyone aligned and informed.

Team & Process Leadership
Support and mentor junior production staff, fostering a collaborative and proactive team culture.
Establish and improve production systems, tools, and processes to scale operations as the studio grows.
Champion a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and creative problem-solving.

Skills & Experience
4-7 years of experience in production management, ideally in digital content, shortform video, or social media production.
Strong understanding of digital-first production workflows, timelines, and budgets.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with budgeting tools, production software, and scheduling platforms.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable navigating the fast-paced demands of digital media.
Passion for digital storytelling, creator-driven content, and innovative production approaches.

Join us in building the future of entertainment - where creators and content collide to spark something truly groundbreaking.
