Production Manager

London

Marmalade Film and Media are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our expanding, integrated creative agency.

We partner with some of world's leading global brands delivering award-winning content.
You will be a pivotal member of a team responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of productions, with a significant focus on setting up overseas shoots, UK shoots and delivery of integrated campaigns.

A large part of the role entails client management across all stages of the lifecycle from pitch to delivery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Senior Producer in all aspects of productions and management of the overall production portfolio
• Drafting and managing production schedules from creative development to post-production, including time estimates and resource allocation
• Creating and managing production budgets, raising statements of work, ensuring cost effectiveness
• Prioritization of daily / weekly production task lists and team communications
• Account management - managing client communications and logistics, meeting invites and materials, responding to client queries, etc.
• Client job administration - overseeing production documentation, monitoring quality of production assets, overseeing file transfers and management of Sharepoint
• Overseeing booking of production crews, directors, castings, voice-over artists, translators and composers, managing supplier contracts and licensing
• Shoot Logistics - Call sheets, carnets, kit hire, filming licenses, hotels and travel itinerary, visas and permits, and ensuring relevant production paperwork is in place
• Financial management, monitoring spend, invoices, purchase orders and reconciliation
• Managing crew and supplier lists
• Organizing edit reviews with creative team

We seek:

• At least 4 years' experience in a similar role within a creative/advertising agency or production company
• Excellent team management and communication skills, with confidence to engage staff and take the initiative
• Excellent time management, you thrive on meeting deadlines and seize every possibility to move tasks forward
• Structured and methodical - you bring excellent operational routines that support efficient, predictable team work
• Fully invested in project outcomes with personal responsibility for results
• Strong attention to detail in the documentation you output
• Strong client management skills you understand the need to provide high levels of service to carry the business forward
• A proactive and positive approach to your work, employing your skills and experience to continually improve production management and overall delivery capability
• Ability to keep cool under pressure with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
