A vital role within the Global Third Party Relations (GTPR) / Global Partner Operations (GPOPs) teams, responsible for the timely management and delivery of content consistently to market at high quality with minimal friction / optimal transparency and in compliance with all relevant policies (business, technical and otherwise), thereby maximising PlayStation/partner profitability and enhancing Partner satisfaction.EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:Essential - genuine passion for video gamesEssential - general awareness of the games market, current and future games platformsEssential - excellent communication and presentation skillsEssential - patient, persistent, discrete, pragmatic/realistic and diplomaticEssential - a starter and finisherEssential - data-centric and analytical with good planning skills and fine attention to detailEssential - both detail and 'big-picture' consciousEssential - excellent negotiation and advocacy skillsEssential - process driven but with the ability to free-think where requiredDesirable - experience working in a global team with international colleaguesDesirable - able to operate and communicate at a senior level within SIE as requiredDesirable - understanding of the relationship between Publisher & DevelopeDesirable - games industry backgroundDesirable - understanding of Development and Publishing processKEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR DECISION MAKING:* Primary external point of contact for all Partner's operational, submission and compliance teams* Key internal point of contact with other SIE operational teams as well as acting as a source of knowledge and support for the wider SIE business* Responsible for working with all relevant Global Publisher and Developer Relations and SIE teams to ensure optimisation of all content from third party publishers* Responsible for timely and effective delivery of physical and digital content to PlayStation platforms* Responsible for partner adoption of and creation/advocacy of new SIE systems, tools and processes that aid in/streamline the transit of content through the pipeline to market* Responsible for ensuring partners are aware of, and adhering to all relevant SIE licensing, submission and release requirements and policies in conjunction with all relevant internal teams (Global Format QA, Global Developer Technology Group, Supply Chain, etc.)* Able to guide partners through their entire journey on the platform (from being first onboarded, to supporting a multi-year spanning live service product)* Responsible for appropriately, accurately, and consistently tracking issues, release information, etc. for tracking and analysis, as well as producing reports against that data as required* Responsible for the troubleshooting of issues with releases/incidents and resolving with internal teams in a timely manner, as well as conducting post mortems after the fact to identify and eliminate root causes* Responsible for conducting regular meetings with relevant operational contacts at Partners to ensure thorough understanding of their content and provision of all necessary support for release on PlayStation platforms* Responsible for overseeing deployment and release of key titles into market, including all enhanced oversight processes and coordination with other relevant SIE teams* Responsible for proposing system improvements and on-going process streamlining to continually improve efficiency and service delivery* Responsible for attending and present at external SIE events as needed from time to timeKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:The individual will be measured on:* The successful delivery of content to market on time and with maximum compliance/minimal issues* Meeting or exceeding the Global Partner Operations team KPIs, Goals and Objectives and overall GTPR Mission* Upholding and representing the GTPR Core Values* Working collaboratively, across regions, as part of a combined GPOPs/GTPR/GPDR team* Working collaboratively, across org boundaries, as part of a wider SIE team* Creating, overseeing or proposing ongoing improvements to systems or processes* Delivery of key workstream initiatives and “special projects” as assigned from time to timeKEY RELATIONSHIPS:Internal:* Account Management team* Head of Global Partner Operations* Global Third Party Marketing team* Global Format QA* Global Developer Technology Group* Technical Account Manager team* Global Store Operations* Vouchers team* Brand Compliance (DCABs, Asset Management)* Global Systems Operations team (GSO)* Supply Chain (including Technical Compliance)* SIEA/J/K regional teamsExternal:* Publishing and Developer Partners
