NEEDaFIXER - The Global Production House - is looking for a full time Production Manager / Service Producer to join their HQ office based in Kingston Upon Thames. NEEDaFIXER is an award-winning production company as well as Service Production Company covering every country of the world and servicing over 500 projects of all sizes per year. We work on TV Commercials, TV Shows, Online content, Music Videos and Branded Content. Responsibilities will include organizing shoots in different countries, booking fixers, producers, freelancers, kit and any other related vendors, ensuring everyone involved works towards the same goal: delivering a great product within budget and schedule.
You will also be the main point of contact with the client from taking the brief and understanding their needs, preparing the bidding document to the final reconciliation / invoice while making sure that the communication with client and contractors flow in all directions as we consider this crucial to deliver the product successfully with little to no troubles.

The successful candidate will have previous experience setting up shoots in different locations, be Spanish speaker, arranging logistics, creating, compiling and filing all paperwork related to the project, trouble-shooter.

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary diploma or degree in Media.
• 2-3 years of previous working experience as Production Manager, ideally in-house
• Working Experience setting up shoots in Spain
• Good communication skills in both English & Spanish are required.
• International Experience preferable
• Successful candidates should be dynamic, hardworking, ambitious and good team players.
