We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the pre, production, and post phases ofour output. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating creative, technical, andeditorial teams to ensure timely and high-quality production. This role involves working closely with talent,maintaining clear schedules, and managing the production team's process from conception, to productionand then distribution across various social media channels.With an audience of over 32 million, the primary platforms are Rumble and YouTube, whilst running asubscription channel on Locals and then handles across all the major social media channels.Key Responsibilities:Pre-Production Management:? Collaborate with content writers, producers and editorial team to develop timelines and productionplans.? Coordinate with the creative team to finalise scripts and other preparatory materials.? Arrange locations, equipment and other necessary resources.? Conduct pre-production meetings to align the team on schedules.Production Oversight:? Manage day-to-day operations of production for the daily live stream show.? Ensure all team and talent are briefed and understand their responsibilities.? Troubleshoot any on-set issues and make swift, effective decisions to keep the production on track.Post-Production Coordination:? Liaise with the editorial team to manage the post-production schedule.? Oversee the editing process.? Coordinate with audio tech, visual effects team and other post-production staff.? Ensure distribution plans are in place and the TX schedule is met.Scheduling and Team Management:? Produce and maintain daily production schedules.? Ensure deadlines are met.? Communicate effectively with team members.? Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate unforeseen changes or challenges.Talent Management:? Manage talent relations ensuring a positive and professional working environment.? Coordinate talent schedules and ensure timely arrivals and time checks.You will have previous experience in production management or a related role, with a strong understandingof the production process, from pre-production to post-production. Excellent organisational and multitaskingskills, proven ability to manage schedules effectively, exceptional communication and the ability to workunder pressure to meet tight deadlines.We are based in Henley-on-Thames so would encourage candidates to apply who are able to commute.Own car required due to location. This is a full time role with the ability to be flexible with hours and happyto travel abroad for work, particularly to the US.
