The Production Manager oversees the Production working closely with the Producer to ensure budgets and schedules are met. The Production Manager ensures and manages the collaboration between artists and functions within the wider production team

Key Responsibilities
Communicate clearly and regularly with Producer and Supervising Technical and Creative Team on the production status
Help to plan and troubleshoot the pipeline for the production
Plan with the available resources to optimise the efficiency of each department in line with the schedule
Create and maintain a detailed weekly report for the production of the series and the individual departments
Ensure the production team understand the goals and deadlines of each assignment and key milestone deliveries
Manage the animation and asset delivery to overseas animation vendor/s and in turn their deliveries back.
Manage the weekly visual asset deliveries
Line manage artists and other team members, including conducting regular 1:1s and managing performance

Key Requirements
The successful candidate will have:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing Long Form Film and/or Animation productions
Strong experience in scheduling and managing Production teams across multiple departments
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong troubleshooting skills
Capable of motivating and leading teams with enthusiasm
Comfortable working to tight deadlines
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of asset tracking and data base software
