Production Manager - Immediate start
London and on location abroad
Rare TV is looking for an experienced Production Manager, to oversee production on a US-style observational documentary series filming overseas.
Candidates must be confident overseeing the day-to-day of filming on location, including experience supervising / supporting multiple shooting teams, risk assessing filming activities (involving machinery and aviation) and overseeing security in high-risk filming locations. Experience managing a full production schedule and budget are essential (experience using PMI would be beneficial, but is not essential) and knowledge of carnets, visas, freight, vaccinations and working with Fixers, will be extremely useful.
Applicants must be available to start prep from the London office imminently and be on location abroad for up to 4 months (with a break back in the UK) from early summer 2025. Please send CVs. Interviews will be arranged with suitable candidates and rate will be based on experience.
