BBC Studios Entertainment are looking for Production Management Assistants

You will report to the Production Manager and Production Coordinator, and in partnership with the editorial team, help to deliver outstanding content. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support for the production during various stages of the process. You will assist the Production Coordinator in the preparation and subsequent communication of production information. You'll be responsible for the smooth running of the production office, acting as a key point of contact on the production, and supporting the production management team using specialist skills, such as working in a studio, working on location and planning/coordinating background action where necessary, as well as booking travel and accommodation for crew, talent and contributors. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, logging consent forms, completing transcripts, and arranging the ingest of rushes.
