Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.The Production Finance team at Netflix is responsible for estimating and managing the production costs throughout the lifecycle of each production and provides insight and analytics to inform decision-making. The team understands the operations of a production and guides each project through its financial workflows required for a successful launch on the service.We are looking for a coordinator to join Netflix's Production Finance team in our London office. This position will support Netflix Production Finance Managers and Associates on scripted and non-scripted projects.The Production Finance Coordinator will be tasked with supporting our ever-growing slate on a day-to-day basis and providing consistency for our internal and external partners. Experience working in the entertainment industry in a financial capacity is beneficial but not required. Knowledge of film and TV production or production finance is a plus; we also welcome applicants who have gained relevant experience in other industries.Responsibilities:Comprehensive daily support for the Production Finance TeamPartner with Production Finance Associates and Managers to process accounts payable, track project cash forecasting and funding, maintain multiple internal reporting tools and systems, as well as general ad hoc projectsFacilitate communication with external partnersGeneral show setup, including working with payroll companiesInform internal cross-functional teams with project updatesWorkflow optimisationRequirements:A minimum of three years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, or equivalent experience in a role with similar analytical and reporting responsibilitiesAble to adapt to changing priorities and manage work in a dynamic environment, demonstrating curiosity about how our productions work, a focus on delivering accurate, timely results, and high personal and professional standards of integrity and ethicsAble to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational skills and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise tasks based on deadlines and business needsHigh aptitude and enthusiasm for complex problem solving and financial analysisEffective communication skills, including clear written documentation and the ability to collaborate with a range of internal and external partnersInterest in working at the intersection of entertainment and finance, and enthusiasm for learning more about how shows and films are madeStrong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including working with formulas and large data sets
