Lime Pictures is the home of the UK's most talked about television.

We are looking for a Production Executive to join our talented, popular and successful team based in central London. This is a really exciting time for Lime's non scripted department as it builds upon its existing portfolio of titles that already includes TOWIE, Geordie Shore, Celebs Go Dating and True Love or True Lies.

Reporting to the Head of Production and working closely with the Development team, the role of Production Executive is integral to the successful delivery of the department's programmes - right through from sizzle pitch to transmission. Alongside the usual responsibilities of budgeting, planning and managing programmes the PE will also play a key part in ensuring the consistent and effective implementation of policies and protocols to ensure the highest operational and welfare standards across all our productions.

Whilst our ideal candidate will have a successful track record in production management at a senior level, with strong communication, negotiating and organisational skills, the ability to people manage and to be able to motivate and develop a team is more important than a dedication to spreadsheets!
