We're looking for a creative Production Executive with excellent administrative skills, to take ownership of the department's project schedules. Reporting to the Executive Producer, you'll administer all aspects of the video production process for F1 - including scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and legal compliance.

The Creative Media team produces all of Formula 1's non-live video content for Broadcast Partners, Sponsors and the entire corporate side of the business. Carrying out all stages of production, including pre-production, shooting, directing, post-production and graphic design, Creative Media make world-class F1-related content for a variety of platforms.

About You
You have excellent administrative skills and enjoy creating spreadsheets and decks, and organising the administrative side of television production in general.

With proven experience in all areas of video production, you're confident to put forward creative ideas and take on projects through to delivery.

You're an enthusiastic team player with a positive can-do attitude, and a passion for all things F1.

You'll have:
* Great budgeting and scheduling skills
* Video production project management experience
* Strong knowledge and experience in all areas of video production
* Hands on experience of clearing commercial, non-commercial music and licensing third-party content
* Working knowledge of non-linear edit systems
* Ability to develop creative ideas with minimal need for supervision and direction
* Knowledge of F1
