Production Director (Senior Level - Writer/Director/Producer)

Hiring: Senior Writer / Director / Producer (TWO POSITIONS) Ref C2
Seeking a candidate with 15 years or more experience to write, direct and produce Corporate Videos, Documentaries and Social Media Content.
Package 30,000 SAR (Saudi Riyals) per month

The Produciton Director is responsible for developing high quality, creative audio-visual content that promotes a corporate client and it's affiliates to internal and external stakeholders around the world. This includes, but is not limited to the development of high quality event films, internal communications videos, social media content, promotional films and documentaries

Duties and responsibilities:
Working in close consultation with project stakeholders to communicate and manage project aims and objectives you will also write, develop, produce and direct a wide range of video productions across all company operations. You will supervise personnel in all phases of production and post-production tasks from project planning to final program approval and delivery while ensuring production schedules and delivery deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• You will have experience in writing and developing scripts and creative production treatments to the highest level.
• You will have a track record in successfully working with a broad range of project stakeholders.
• A proven ability to constructively receive, distil and implement feedback is essential.
• You need to demonstrate an ability to successfully execute production assignments and lead production crews under difficult conditions, often in remote areas, in accordance with local customs and regulations.
• You will have experience in working with single and multi-camera production crews as well as researching, sourcing and directing actors, extras, models and voice-over artists.
• You must have the ability to undertake Risk Assessments and have an excellent an awareness of Health & Safety issues.
• You will have extensive knowledge of professional cameras and video formats, support equipment and production techniques.
• You will have a complete understanding of the post-production process: job functions and responsibilities, non-linear editing systems, sound and graphics operations, as well as workflow and timescales.
• You will have an excellent knowledge of licensing, copyright and clearance procedures.
• You must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• You will have the ability to collaborate and inspire those around you.
• You must have excellent copy writing skills.
• You will be able to demonstrate creative and critical thinking.
• You will hold a Bachelor's degree in a media related field from a recognized and approved program.
• You will have at least ten years' experience of producing and/or directing in a high-end corporate, broadcast or agency production environment, delivering projects across a range of industry sectors

All candidates must be willing to relocate to Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Relocation includes: Flight, 1 month accommodation and transport.
